Cynthia was already working in this sector of healthcare when she decided that she would like to provide services and help build a foundation that would promote great care for those in this sector. That dream came to fruition and Grace Healthcare Services, Inc. continues on with the goal of providing great care.

WHITNEY PIERCE
Whitney has been in this sector for 10+ years. She has a M.S. in Psychology. Her goal for the direction of Grace Healthcare Services is “Quality over Quantity.” She believes that you can take in every person in need, but it will not be effective if you cannot ensure that the quality of the services provided can be maintained.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
DEONTAE PIERCE
Deontae has been with Grace Healthcare Services 8+ years. He saw that there was a great need for housing that could not be snatched away from those we serve. There were people that would not lease to us because of the individuals that would live in the home. Deontae was able to take measures to ensure that would not continue to be an issue and the residents could have the stability they require and deserve. He has led our operations and put great systems in place to help us operate safely and efficiently.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
LATRICE MILLER
Latrice is currently the Human Resource Manager for Grace Healthcare Services. She has been in the field for a total of five years and the HR Manager for 2 years. Latrice has a Bachelor's degree in Business of Administration (specialize in Healthcare Management) and she is certified in Human Resource Management. Her reason for being in this field is to advocate for the individuals we serve and to service the staff that works side by side with our individuals. “Our overall goal is to work together in healthcare!”
JELISA BOOKER
Jelisa has been with Grace Healthcare Services since the end of 2022. She has become an essential member of the administrative team. She is a quick learner and she has an eye for what will help the business. Her education and work ethic have been pivotal in the continual growth of the company.

ERIKA YOUNG
Erika was an asset to Grace Healthcare Services, even before she officially began working here. It was easy to see what skill she could lend to helping us become a better, more efficient business. Erika is also the CPR/First Aid trainer. She has been with us for 6+ years and continues to help business matters run smoothly and help out wherever she can.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
CHENOA JONES
Chenoa started as a Direct Care Staff at the company and was quickly able to show her initiative and dedication. After being promoted to Administrative Assistant, she put systems in place to help our growing company be able to keep up with the clerical day to day. Her experience in the office and in direct service helps her to truly understand and appreciate the nature of the work we do. She is the first smiling face you see when entering the office and has been a bright light here at Grace Healthcare Services for 7+ years.

JACQUELINE ‘MONA’ HAWKINS
On day one, Mona was ready to give her all to ensure the success and happiness of those we serve. She has continued to be dedicated to this for almost 3 years. She is a caring person and that spills over into her passion that she displays in her position. One thing that Mona always says relating to how we provide service, “What if it was you or your loved one? That’s how we should treat them.”
