Brief Description: Train staff in QBS Safety Care de-escalation techniques. Provide 1:1 and in-home training when needed and periodically to ensure that all staff are up to date with training and can properly handle behaviors. Training is provided.

Requirements: Experience with behavior techniques or serving individuals with behavioral needs, Pass Pre-Hire Assessment, Pass Drug Screen, Pass Federal Background Check.
